“Make Your ways known to me, LORD; teach me Your paths.” Psalm 25:4 HCSB

David desired to know God and His ways. He wanted to know God’s nature and character. Knowing God would lead to following His paths and doing His will. David wanted to mirror God’s character in his life, becoming more godly by living a holy, righteous, and pure life. He was willing to learn from God and from His Word. He would demonstrate this learning not just in knowledge but by faithfully obeying what God told him.

Lord Jesus, I desire to know You and to follow You in all that I do. Teach me from Your Word, the Bible, and give me wisdom to walk down the path that glorifies and honors You.
