God’s Immeasurable Power
Ephesians 1:19

The Upward Look
    by Max D. Hutto,

“and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the mighty working of his strength.” Ephesians 1:19 CSB

Paul prayed that the Ephesians would know the incredible, surpassing, incomparable, immeasurable greatness of God’s power. This tremendous power was at work in their lives through God’s redeeming work of salvation in Christ. This power continued to work in their lives through the sanctifying work of the Spirit. It was God’s power in the believers that gave them the strength to walk in Christlikeness. Paul prayed that these believers would experience God’s great power in their daily lives.

Lord Jesus, in You I have salvation and find the strength I need to face each day. Help me to know and experience Your magnificent and incomparable power.
