“Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, For I wait for You.” Psalm 25:21 NASB

By waiting on the Lord, David declares his hope and complete dependence and trust in God. In God only he finds his strength to carry on through the troubling circumstances of life. David desires to be a man of integrity and uprightness, that is one who is blameless, completely innocent, straight in all his activities, full of honesty and righteousness, and faithfully obedient to the Lord. With God’s help, David would have his life preserved and guarded by being a man of good character.

Lord Jesus, I trust in You to guide me through the trials and troubles of life. Help me to walk in integrity and uprightness so that my life would honor and glorify You.
