The Lord Knows

“For the LORD knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the wicked will perish.”
   Psalm 1:6 NASB ©

God knows all about us. He sees us before we are formed in the womb. He knows what we are doing. He loves and has compassion for the righteous, those who are obedient to His Word. The righteous are blessed by God as He watches over their path, guides their every action, and takes care of their needs. The wicked however have forsaken God and are disobedient to His Word. Their evil ways ruin them and lead the wicked down a path of doom and destruction. The wicked will receive their punishment while the righteous receive their reward.

Lord Jesus, I desire to follow You and Your Word. Help me to live this day as a holy and righteous child of God.
